Referral Partner Terms

Version 2026-08-23

These terms govern the referral program of Albion Profit Forge, operated by Ahmed Ghanafer, a private individual in Sweden, Gränsvägen 18 13741 ("we"). They apply to you ("the partner") from the moment you accept them in your account, and they are a condition of every payout. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

1. What you earn

Every account gets a referral link. When someone registers after clicking your link and later pays for Premium, you earn 20% of the net amount we actually receive from Paddle for each of their charges, that is the price after sales tax and Paddle's fees, normally converted by Paddle into the currency Paddle pays us in, for 6 months from the day they registered. Free trials earn nothing until they convert to a paid charge. Your own accounts, and accounts you control, never count. The rate and window shown in your account are the ones that apply to your code; we may change the program defaults for codes created later.

A referral is credited to the first partner link the visitor opened, by a cookie that lasts 90 days. Visitors who block cookies, or who registered before opening your link, cannot be credited.

2. When it becomes payable

A commission is pending for 45 days after its charge, which covers the customer's refund window and the time until Paddle pays us, and payable after that. If a charge is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled; if it was already paid to you, the same amount is deducted from your next payout, never more than you received for that charge. A chargeback that is later reversed restores the commission.

3. Payouts

Once your payable balance reaches 10.00 (in the payout currency, normally USD), you can request a payout from your account. We review it and send it by PayPal to your verified PayPal email, normally within a few days. If we have turned on automatic payouts, the same balance is sent on day 5 of each month without a request. PayPal's receiving fees, if any, are yours. A balance below the minimum carries forward; it is never lost while your account exists. Deleting your account forfeits commission not yet paid out.

4. Details we need before paying

Before the first payout you must provide, in your account: your legal name, whether you act as a private individual or a business, your country and address, your country of tax residence if different, a tax or VAT id if you are a business, and a PayPal email that you confirm with a code we send to it. A linked Discord or Google sign-in on your account is also required, so that the account, and the balance, can be recovered.

Once payouts to you in a calendar year reach the equivalent of 1 000 in the payout currency, we ask for a copy of an identity document matching the name and address on file before the next payout; we delete the copy once checked.

Partners resident in Sweden. If you are a private individual resident in Sweden we need your personnummer, because payments of SEK 100 or more in a year are reported to Skatteverket. Without an F-skatt approval, payouts to you are limited to SEK 999 per calendar year; beyond that you need to be approved for F-skatt (free, from Skatteverket) and to tell us, so we can check the approval before further payouts. Declaring the income is your responsibility wherever you live.

5. Self-billing statements and VAT

For every payout we issue a statement in your name (a self-billing invoice) that records the charges, the commission and the amount paid. By accepting these terms you agree that we issue these statements on your behalf and that you will not send us invoices for the same commission. Each statement is taken as accepted by you unless you object by email within 14 days of it appearing in your account. Statements are numbered in sequence and kept for seven years as bookkeeping law requires.

Commission amounts are inclusive of any VAT. If you are a VAT-registered business in Sweden, the statement shows the net and the 25% Swedish VAT inside the amount paid, for your VAT return. If you are a business in another EU country, the reverse charge applies and you charge no VAT. If you are a business outside the EU, no EU VAT applies on your side. Private individuals charge no VAT.

6. What you may not do

No spam, no posting your link where it is not allowed, no paid advertising on our name or trademarks, no misleading claims about the Service, no self-referrals or referrals of accounts you control, no incentives that you do not disclose. We cancel commission obtained that way and may end your participation. Coupon and cashback sites are not eligible.

7. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the program defaults; a new version must be accepted in your account before the next payout, and commission already earned keeps the terms under which it was earned. Either side can end participation at any time; the payable balance at that moment is still paid once it clears. Swedish law applies.
