Refund Policy

Premium is sold by our merchant of record, Paddle, so every refund is issued by Paddle to the payment method you used. This page says when we ask Paddle to refund you.

1. Your legal right

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a digital service. By starting to use Premium right after purchase you ask for the service to begin during that period; under Paddle's buyer terms the withdrawal refund is then reduced by the part of the period already used. Nothing on this page limits that right.

2. Our guarantee, on top of that

First purchase: if Premium is not for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions. The first charge after a free trial counts as the first purchase. This is voluntary and applies once per customer.

Renewals: a renewal you forgot to cancel is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge and have not used Premium in that period. Otherwise the subscription stops at the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

Trials: cancelling during the trial means nothing is charged. If a trial converted and you meant to cancel, ask within 14 days and the first-purchase guarantee applies.

3. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your Paddle receipt, or use the contact page, with the receipt number. Refunds are issued by Paddle within a few business days; your bank may take a few more to show them.

4. Chargebacks

Please ask us before opening a dispute with your bank; we refund faster than a chargeback resolves. An account that disputes a charge it used may be closed.
